  • Sync assignments with Google Calendar
  • Track and manage academic deadlines

3. User Accounts

You must create an account using Google OAuth to use Zylla. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3.2 Account Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate and complete information
  • You are responsible for all activities under your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • You must not share your account with others

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Upload content that violates copyright or intellectual property rights
  • Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
  • Scrape, harvest, or collect user data without permission
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service
  • Impersonate others or provide false information

5. Content Ownership and Rights

You retain all rights to the syllabi and content you upload. By uploading content, you grant Zylla a license to process, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing our services.

5.2 AI-Generated Content

Assignment data extracted by our AI is provided to you for your personal use. While we strive for accuracy, you should verify all extracted information against the original syllabus.

6. Third-Party Integrations

Zylla integrates with third-party services (Google OAuth, Google Calendar). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability or functionality of third-party services.

7. Disclaimers and Limitations

7.1 Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

7.2 AI Accuracy

While our AI extraction technology is sophisticated, it may not be 100% accurate. You are responsible for verifying all assignment details and deadlines. Zylla is not liable for any missed deadlines or inaccurate information.

7.3 Academic Responsibility

Zylla is a tool to help organize your coursework. You remain solely responsible for meeting your academic obligations and deadlines.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zylla and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of data or content
  • Missed deadlines or assignments
  • Academic consequences
  • Loss of profits or business opportunities

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason. You may also delete your account at any time through your profile settings. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through the service. Your continued use of Zylla after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
